Why I Stopped Stressing About Money and Started Just Doing Something

I used to get seriously stressed about money — like, waking-up-at-3am-stress. I’d think, “Am I gonna have enough next month? What if something breaks? What if I mess up?”

It was exhausting.

One day, I realized worrying wasn’t helping me at all. So instead of trying to fix everything at once (which felt impossible), I just decided to do something — anything.

I started small: putting aside €5 here, saying no to one unnecessary purchase there. Didn’t matter if it was perfect or big, just that I was moving forward.

The crazy part? That little bit of action made me feel way more in control. Like I was doing something instead of drowning in anxiety.

Turns out, money problems don’t get solved by stressing. They get solved by small, real steps. So if you’re stressing right now, just pick one tiny thing and do it. You’ll thank yourself later.
